UK delivery is free and usually takes 5–8 working days.
We send most orders via Royal Mail for reliable, tracked delivery.
All tailored orders are shipped with full tracking, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way with confidence.
If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.
Size replacements are free of charge. To prevent unnecessary shipping exchanges , we require a £5 shipping fee per item.
