Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If we have made an error (wrong item, defect, or damage), we will offer either a local repair reimbursement or a replacement pair, provided the faulty jeans are returned at your own shipping cost.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
